§ 1 Scope
(1) These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Mulambo.Art, based in Zurich, Switzerland, and the customer.
(2) Mulambo.Art carries out all services and deliveries exclusively on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions.
§ 2 Contract/contractual performance
(1) Offers from mulambo.art are subject to change and non-binding. A contract is concluded when an order placed by the customer is confirmed on the website.
(2) Mulambo.Art sells digitally created art in formats such as posters, canvases, aluminum dibonds and gallery bonds, optionally with frames. The art is for all ages and contains no inappropriate content.
(3) After confirmation, changes or cancellations of orders are not possible.
§ 3 Copyright (1) The copyrights for the works of art on mulambo.art are owned by mulambo.art, M. Ramseier and S. Zorbakir.
(2) With the purchase, the customer only acquires the physical product and not the rights of use or reproduction.
§ 4 Delivery and delivery times
(1) The delivery is made by MyPoster and Swiss Post. Mulambo.Art acts as a reseller and is subject to MyPoster's delivery terms and times.
(2) Partial deliveries are possible if reasonable.
(3) Mulambo.Art endeavors to deliver on time but is dependent on MyPoster's services.
§ 5 Payment conditions
(1) The exact payment methods and details will be determined in due course.

(1) The goods remain the property of Mulambo.Art until full payment has been made.

(1) Mulambo.Art is based on the guarantee conditions of MyPoster.ch. (2) Individual requests or adjustments are coordinated directly between the customer and Mulambo.Art.
§ 8 Limitation of Liability
(1) Mulambo.Art assumes no liability for damage caused by MyPoster or the Swiss Post Office.
§ 9 Data protection
(1) Mulambo.Art's privacy policy is available on the website.
§ 10 Right of withdrawal
(1) According to Swiss law, no special provisions.

(1) Swiss law applies.
(2) Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
